Hiring Practices and Background Checks
Upon hire, every SAINT employee must commit to standard business ethics found in the corporate handbook which includes social responsibility. Employees must pass periodic background checks as well. SAINT maintains a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
SAINT engineers assigned to security service projects all have an active secret or top secret security clearance on file with the U.S. Defense Investigation Service Clearance Office (DISCO). These high-level security clearances require single scope background investigations (SSBI) that include verification of aliases, review of records for criminal activity, and fingerprint comparisons.
