The balance is due 10 days prior to the course.
Cancellations: You may substitute a colleague at any time prior to the first day of training, or you can cancel up to two weeks before a program and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 10 business days of the event, you will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $100. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are responsible for the full fee.
